About Neah Boniface
I am currently a medical student training at the University of Plymouth, due to graduate in 2026. As part of my education I am sponsored by the British Army, which allows me flexibility with my training and future career pathway, with a career goal of Emergency or GP speciality training.
I have tutored since I was in school myself, first volunteering in the community for children with additional needs from lower socio-economic backgrounds, where we focused on reading and literacy skills and then moving into tutoring work based around the 11+ exams.

My Teaching Approach
My teaching approach is based on the students preferred way of learning, allowing students to learn in a way that maintains focus and increased recall between lessons. I have a curated syllabus for each subject I teach, which we will cover before the 11+ exam or their start of secondary school. Learning is student led, with understanding the subject matter taught first and then confirming understanding with exam based questions. Before the exam, we will cover subject content, exam technique and address any student or parent concerns.
I prefer to begin every lesson with a recap of the previous lesson, to improve recall and ease students into each lesson. Each lesson is finished with student feedback, on what they felt went well, what they would like to improve on next week and any areas they may be struggling at in school that we could incorporate into their next lesson.
