I am a final year therapeutic radiography student, who loves to read and is passionate about the sciences.
I believe I am a tutor that is encouraging to my students as much as possible. I encourage my students to try to reach answers by themselves, to try exam questions by themselves first. Most of the time you'll see that they know the answers and didn't trust it or themselves. I aim to have a positive impact on my students and for then to gain the confidence they need to fly through their exams.

My Teaching Approach
I try to encourage my students to take over their own learning so we can see where the gaps in their knowledge lie, rather than always teaching from scratch. I like to use images and illustrations to get my point across and allow my students to take part in creating a "revision poster" or class notes for them to take. I try to make these sessions as interactive as possible using tools such as kahoots and quizzes to help. Depending on the students ability to maintain concentration and their attention span, I employ the pomodoro technique to ensure that they have regular breaks to refresh their minds.
