Hiya!
My name's John and I'm a third year student doing a Master's in Mathematics at Durham University. My modules are focused on Probability, Statistics, and Analysis, so I have a thorough understanding on certain topics that might be quite difficult to conceptualise for younger students.
Outside of Academics, I run my College's Basketball team and one of the Football teams.

My Teaching Approach
- My teaching approach generally follows these principles:
- Highlight where my students excel and where they need help.
- Cover certain topics like Algebra thoroughly in 2-3 lessons since topics like these are Universal in all parts of mathematics.
- Work through the topics one by one, focusing on the weakest topics first and all questions will be from past papers.
- Set exams as homework to test which areas we should be focusing on more after a few lessons.
